All 1st year crew are called to Strike. This includes ASMs and Company Managers.
All personal items belonging to cast or designers must be removed from the venue after the closing performance. Green room must be returned to neutral and the refrigerator in the Green room cleared.
Directors, actors, stage managers, & designers are responsible for the pickup and transportation of their personal items.
Please confirm all props that have been check out from PR is placed in bins after the final performance and ready to grab for the truck on Monday morning. Please be sure to protect any of the breakable items with bubble wrap/paper/etc.
The scenic team will provide a hamper for all production items to be neatly placed for transport on Monday.
All costume items must be on the 5th floor, stored properly in the dressing rooms.
Items built, bought, and brought by Columbia will be struck by Columbia production crew and Strike crew.
Items obtained from Materials for the Arts on behalf of Columbia belong to Columbia at the conclusion of the production.
Each designer will provide Production Management with an itemized list categorizing all items by owner and location origin (e.g., personal, rented, Columbia, etc.) prior to Strike.
