Duties include:

• Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of physical production and the production process
• Overseeing of performance rights acquisition
• Creating the production schedule & approving rehearsal calendar
• Scheduling & running all meetings
• Making space reservations, if needed
• Hiring & scheduling all production staff and crew
• Organizing and managing production design and scheduling
• Establishing technical schedules and coordinating all activities related to productions including scenery construction, property construction, light/video/projection hang and focus, and painting
• Overseeing student crew
• All purchasing & processing of reimbursements
• Tracking of the overall budget for each show
• Arranging rentals
• Organizing truck transportation
• Scheduling of overhire staff
• Ensuring Lenfest Center rules, School of the Arts rules, & NY Laws are followed
• Works with Director of Production in management of financial matters, reimbursements, contracts, invoices, Performance Agreements/W9s, petty cash
• Along with Director of Production, organizes MFTA and TDF Costume Collection visits/agreements

• Overseeing the set build & carpentry/paint crew
• Overseeing the light/video/projection hang & focus

• Helping to facilitate set build
• Helping to facilitate light/sound/video hang & focus

Holly Ko

Duties Include:

• Managing light hang & focus
• Liaising with each production to install their deck additions
• Staffing and overseeing electrics crew as needed to implement deck additions
• Staffing lighting programmer for all theses
• Acting as liaison between the Lenfest Center and Theatre Department, ensuring building’s facilities and equipment are in good working order
• Staffing and overseeing Lenfest technical supervisors, who act as building liaisons during tech and performances

Duties Include:

• Managing sound and video hang/focus
• Overseeing and troubleshooting audio and video systems during technical rehearsals
• Working with Sound and Video/Projection Designers, A1s, and any additional creative team members to understand and best utilize the setup of the A/V systems including, but not limited to: QLab templates, audio routing, video routing, and projection mapping
• Training and supervision of student A/V operators
• Supervising tech (interchangeably)

Duties Include:

• Assistance in coordination and implementation of thesis costume designs which includes performer measurements, costume builds, online purchasing, scheduling and holding costume fittings, all costume alterations, creating laundry lists, morning laundry changeovers, scheduling and holding blood/special effects or quick change rehearsals, attending the first day of tech, maintaining costumes and repairs throughout the run, and staff strike. 
• Oversight of student wardrobe crew, costume shop assistant student coordinator(s), and/or work study students.

• Assisting scenic and prop designers to access Columbia’s furniture, soft goods, and hand props databases.
• Setting up appointments for designers and students to check out props, furniture, etc.
• Composing and organizing trucking and the truck manifest.

• Oversees marketing team
• Manages playbill creation/printing
• Reserves space for all rehearsal spaces except Lenfest
